We source our yarns only from leading mills who are certified with Oeko – Tex, GOTS, BCI, Fair trade
Fabric Finishing
Knitting:
Fabric knitting is done in imported machines from makers like Mayer & Cie, Terrot, Fukuhara, Pailung, Unitex and fabric rolls are 100% inspected before dyeing process
Dyeing:
Our processing units are equipped with ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge). Labs are enabled with AGS Macbeth Spectra light, Robotic lab dispenser, Gyro Wash for accurate colour matching. Fabrics are dyed in soft-flow process or HTHP process according to the needs and the dyes used are AZO free
Fabric Finishing: According to customer needs, we do process like Bio-wash, Silicon wash, Peach finish, Sueding. Fabric GSM, Shrinkage, Spirality are controlled and will be in tolerance.
Printing: We do normal Screen prints in Table and also in machines from S.Roque (Portugal), MHM (Austria) & M&R (USA); Sublimation prints; Discharge prints; Reactive prints; Puff prints; Flock prints; All over rotary prints upto 12 colours, Digital Rotary prints
Specialized process: Tie & Dye, Pigment Dyeing, Spray effect, Vintage wash, Acid Wash, Stone wash, Burnout effect, Space dyeing
